On the site of the former main customs office at the corner of Saarstraße / Landfermannstraße in the city center of Duisburg, KÖLBL KRUSE has built a modern eight-storey building complex for TARGOBANK. The office building according to a draft of the Bahl + Partner architects BDA offers room for 500 jobs. In June 2015, the new building comprising a total of almost 9,000 m² of gross floor space was completed. Together with the neighboring TDG Hochhaus, the new building will be the “TARGOBANK Quartier” building complex with a total of 2,500 employees. The primary energy requirement of the property is at least 15 percent below the requirements of the current Energy Saving Ordinance.
