The Looper office property is already the fifth construction project of KÖLBL KRUSE in the multi-award-winning Duisburg inner harbor. In May 2009 the building was opened after only 13 months of construction. The design of the almost 9,000 m² building complex is again supported by the architectural office Bahl + Partner Architekten BDA from Hagen, as was previously the case for the general stores, office building inner harbor, Five Boats and Hitachi Power Office. Looper covers a total of five office floors and two underground garages with 153 parking spaces. The oval form of the building surrounds an inner courtyard which offers the office tenants a relaxing oasis of relaxation.
